All Custom Made sets are handmade by myself, so if you would prefer a different colour, shorter shape or design tweaks then just make a note in the order! Like for like customisations are complimentary but if you would like to add crystals or other more intricate detailing please contact me first to confirm pricing.

All Custom Made nails are hand made to order by myself, current creation time being approx 5-7 days.
Please note that creation time doesn't include shipping time, which you can find more info on below. I pride myself on creating and delivering the highest quality nails and won't rush yours, or anyone else's art.

You can guarantee a superior, durable and reusable manicure with my Custom Made sets, thanks to the thorough prep of each nail.
All Custom Made sets are made by myself using salon quality materials, including gel tips (not plastic), hard gel, gel polishes, pigments and genuine Swarovski crystals.
They are always top coated with high shine or matte finish UV gel for maximum strength and wear. If you have a question about a specific design or it's finish just drop me a message.

This collection contains carefully sourced machine made nails, designed for fast glam on a budget. Application methods remain the same as Custom Made sets.

As of 2021 I only use Apres Gel-X nail tips (and not plastic tips), so if you have previously purchased your sizing may be slightly different. I am more than happy to assist with any conversions, so pop me an email or an Instagram DM.
If you already know the sizes you require (i.e. if you have had Apres extensions before) you can provide this sizing - PLEASE SPECIFY IF THEY WERE NATURAL OR SCULPTED TIPS.
If you are unsure about measuring please do not guess your size!
Refunds or exchanges are not offered for incorrect sizing - a sizing kit is the only way to ensure the perfect fit.
You can order any design as a Full Set of 20 and receive 2 of each size nails (sizes 0-9).
The Full Set includes the core 10 nails pictured, plus 10 complimenting nails unless otherwise pictured.

All of my Custom Made designs are made to your specifications, which means you get to select the tip shape and length that suits you.
You will select which tip shape you would like for each set. I use Apres Gel X and Painted Desert nail tips for the highest strength and most durable gel nails. Find my available shapes under the ‘shapes’ tab found under each press on nail product description.

Prep is the key to long wear and is a pivotal stage of the application process. Each Custom Made nail order includes application and removal instructions, a nail prep pack (24 adhesive tabs, 1 Makartt nail glue, alcohol wipe, cuticle pusher, nail file nail buffer and a tool for re-use).
NYK1 & Makarrt glues are perfect for 2-3 week wear, and the adhesive tabs are strong enough for wear of around 1-3 days at a time.
The use of a nail dehydrator before applying a quality nail glue will make the press ons adhere with the strongest bond. These are the same steps used in a salon before acrylic application and are great if you have more oily skin.

Absolutely!
The use of adhesive tabs will make the nails immediately reusable.
To re-se your press on nails after using glue you can use the pink sanding band supplied in your nail prep kit to buff off the dried on residue from under the press on. Push the sanding band over a pen or pencil for easiest use! Please don't use the sanding band on your natural nails, only use the supplied buffing block!
For frequent wearers who prefer the use of glue, I recommend purchasing an inexpensive electronic filer (a few £/$ on Amazon) which will enable you to gently buff away dried on residue and allow for many more wears.

All Custom Made orders include a nail prep pack (12 adhesive tabs, Makartt nail glue, alcohol wipe, cuticle pusher, buffing block, sanding band for re-use).
Premium glue can be added to your order for strongest wear. Tabs are ideal for shorter wear of around 1-2 days at a time, 2-3 weeks at a time with the glue.
All nail sets come with full application and removal instructions.
Custom Made sets are packaged in luxury magnetic display boxes, perfect for safely storing your nails.
Unless you request otherwise, multiple orders will be packaged together to keep your shipping costs down.

All Custom Made sets are handmade by myself to your requests. Many of my designs are created using longer tips because they photograph well and are more in keeping with the aesthetics of my brand.
Please be aware that if you are selecting a design with larger Swarovski crystals the layout and/or size of crystals may need to be tweaked to fit. I will always keep within the aesthetic of the original design though!

The majority of my nail tips are Apres Gel X tips which are available in natural and sculpted shapes (the XLong and XXXL tips are only currently made in sculpted).
If you would prefer I use the sculpted tips please just leave the request in the order notes.This is also the case with my Sizing Kits!
Also please note that sculpted tips can still be worn by clients with flatter nails, I would just recommend that you add an adhesive tab to the apex (highest part) of the tip to fill any gaps.

Absolutely, I am Singapore Based but in fact most of customers are in India.

Below are estimated delivery timescales once dispatched:
1st class Singapore: 1-2 Business Days
2nd Class Singapore: 3-4 Business Days
Tracked International: 5-7 business days
Untracked International: 14-21 business days.
I highly recommend opting for the tracked shipping option as i source the lowest priced tracked shipping options available to me, not only for the fastest service but for the added peace of mind.
I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, and by placing an order you are accepting these terms

If your tracking shows the parcel has been returned or if it has been over 32 business days since you were sent your dispatch email please email me at nails4you.enquiry@gmail.com to confirm if your parcel has been returned.
Returned parcels will incur a re-shipping charge which will be raised by invoice and emailed over.
Due to my products being tailor made they are non refundable
I will gladly provide images of any returned parcels with the reason stated by the postal sevice (eg. incorrect address or unclaimed parcel)

If you have received you dispatch email and have waited the full estimated shipping timescale (for the shipping service selected at checkout) please contact your local sorting office as oftentimes a parcel will be there waiting and the email provider just hasn't left a card.
If your tracking hasn't updated or you have an enquiry about the latest tracking message please contact the mail carrier who will be able to check the GPS and assist you, and if necessary they can open a 'find my parcel' enquiry within their network.
For international orders please allow 32 business days from dispatch before contacting me regarding a dispatched order, as this is the absolute earliest i can request for Royal mail to open an enquiry with your local mail carrier.
I send thousands of orders each year and dealt with fewer than 10 'lost' items in the past 12months, so please be assured that slower mail is almost certainly just 'delayed'at customs and certainly not lost.
I must be informed of delayed items within 35 business days since you were sent your dispatch email.

I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase only. Refunds will be subject to a 3% transaction fee as this is the charge passed on by Shopify.
Due to the nature of my products I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless damaged in transit.Please note that I spend hours creating each set and take great pride in my work and providing detailed instructions for ordering, but I am not responsible if the wrong size nails are ordered or if any of my on site information has been overlooked.
Returned orders will not be refunded as every item is custom and unable to be resold.If your order is returned to me (for example as an 'unclaimed' item) you will need to arrange the re-delivery with me.
Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.It is so important to me that you love your items!

If your order was attempted but not processed (for example after failing security checks) but a charge is showing on your statement then it means your bank has attempted to ‘process’ the funds.
This is the same for any transaction that does not complete and this does not mean that any money has been taken.
Funds will clear back to your account normally within around 24 hours. Your bank can confirm this if required.
